Everything I Ate in April

Hello, friends! This month, I recorded every single thing I ate and drank. Not because I was trying specifically to eat less or more, but simply so I could be more aware.

One of my goals for the month was to eat mindfully. Since I like to see things laid out and written in detail, it only made sense for me to record each meal and snack. 🙂 Here it is:

  1. Taking pictures of my food really helps me with being mindful and grateful of what I’m eating! It’s why I have so many stashed in my google photo drive! XD Anyways, I’m so envious of the fact that you enjoyed Thai yellow curry for almost a whole week as well as cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles, and banana bread! They all sound delicious!

    1. I agree about how taking photos helps me take a moment to appreciate the food, make it look pretty (I eat with my eyes, too, and find that something that looks nice helps me be more satisfied), before I dive in.
      I want to make it again! Anything Thai is a big win, in my book. Next step is to get a spiralizer or a food processor so I can make zoodles and caulirice. Hope your week is lovely ❤
