I think you all know how much I love eggs and toast, but have I ever shown you my omelets?! They’re so yummy and the perfect food for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Behold, the incredible edible egg!
With a slice of buttered toast, this meal is delish. I put goat cheese and black pepper in this guy.
Mexican-style omelet another day, stuffed with avocado, black beans, corn, scallions, and cheddar cheese. Salsa on the side.
Cheddar is SO good with eggs, and practically everything else. 🙂
There are basically a million ways to make/eat omelets, and I think my favourite by far is apple + cheddar + honey. The combination sounds strange, but trust me, it’s perfection!
